Description

2 à 5 jours – 5 à 50 participant.e.s

Les Ateliers du Cirm (anciennement appelés « petits groupes/workshops ») accueillent de 5 à 50 personnes et bénéficient d’un financement externe. Le coût d’une semaine en pension complète au Cirm pour un participant est d’environ 550 euros.
Les organisateurs-rices bénéficieront du Cirm et de son équipe, de ses moyens de communication, de son infrastructure hôtelière et de tout son encadrement pour planifier sereinement leurs événements.

Ils permettent aux équipes de se focaliser sur un domaine en particulier, ou sur un problème. Ils permettent également de se retrouver en session de suivi après un événement antérieur plus important ou même dans le but de célébrer un événement spécial.

Les propositions peuvent être faites à tout moment de l’année. Veuillez noter, cependant, que ces événements se déroulent en parallèle avec d’autres événements plus importants de 50-90 personnes (Conférences, Écoles de recherche) qui sont fixés dans le calendrier 18 à 24 mois avant la semaine de l’événement en question. Il est donc nécessaire de trouver une semaine qui puisse accueillir à la fois l’événement fixe et votre atelier (en tenant compte du fait que certaines semaines accueillent également des recherches en binôme ou des sessions Interface).

Votre proposition en ligne est étudiée à distance par le Comité scientifique international du Cirm. Une décision est généralement rendue dans un délai de 4 à 6 semaines. Si la proposition est acceptée, les organisateurs sont contactés par la responsable de l’organisation des rencontres pour fixer la date.
