If you plan to come with an accompagning person or with your family, you have to obtain prior agreement from the event organizers. If they agree, you would be able to book their stay at the following rates:

• Shared room (double bed): €31.40 (including breakfast) for the accompanying person.
• Shared room (2 single beds): 65€ (including breakfast) for the accompanying person.
• Extra bed: €16 per night
• Baby cot for kids under 2 years old for free

RESTAURATION PRICES

The restaurant purposes an unique daily menu from the Chef (starter, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee – excluding drinks).

• Meal (lunch or dinner): 20€
• Special dinner supplement: 18,10€
• Meal for kids under 10 years old: 10€
• Drinks menu on-site

An alternative vegan or vegetarian menu can be prepared but has to be requested by yourself on your reservation form.
We also manage a specific menu formula without any of the 14 most common allergens and prepared by an approved external catering service. This formula has also to be ordered by your own on your reservation form and applies to all meals during your stay. The cost of this formula is additionally invoiced to the event organizers.

PAYMENTS

Payment is made onsite from Mondays to Wednesdays (8:00am to 3:30pm) with Jennifer VITALE (office located next to the Reception). Credit cards (except American Express), cash and European checks accepted.
