AUDIOVISUAL MATHEMATICS LIBRARY

The CARMIN consortium aims to develop an audiovisual library of videos filmed in the various centres, in order to share these talks with the mathematics community at large.

To this end, CIRM built an Audiovisual centre in 2013-2014 and equipped it with top-of-the-range equipment for filming, producing and post-editing.

CIRM has also recruited a specialist to produce high-quality video material. The post-editing work is carried out both by the specialist and by the library at CIRM (films are enriched with meta-data which turn them into proper scientific documents).
